The University of Alabama Alumni Association has an opening for an Alabama Alumni Magazine intern for the Spring semester and possibly beyond.
Looking for: A journalism/creative media major, preferably a current sophomore or junior.
To: Serve as an editorial assistant starting January 2021 or sooner.
Requirements: Strong writing and editing skills, basic experience with InDesign, basic photography experience and a command of AP style. Previous writing experience with responsibility for deadlines is preferred.
Specs: The 15- to 20-hour-a-week, year-round (including summers) position will pay a minimum of $8.50/hour. Publication office is in Alumni Hall. Some remote working allowed during pandemic.
